A practical, thought-provoking session for therapists who want to work more deeply with their clients.

Does this sound familiar?

Three moments that can leave
embodied work feeling stuck.

Even experienced therapists can encounter challenges when bringing a client's attention towards bodily experience.

01 / NO ACCESS

“I don't know what I feel.”

Your client can explain their experience in detail, but struggles to connect with what is happening inside.

02 / NO MOVEMENT

“I feel it. Now what?”

Your client can identify a sensation, but awareness alone doesn't seem to take the therapeutic work further.

03 / TOO MUCH, TOO FAST

“This is overwhelming.”

Your client begins to access intense bodily or emotional experience, and the right pace or next step becomes unclear.

Inside the masterclass

Discover what might
be missing.

Not another list of techniques. A clearer way of understanding what can happen when you invite the body into therapeutic work.

Why access isn't automatic

Why understanding a feeling and being able to experience it through the body can be very different.

Why noticing isn't always enough

Why identifying a bodily sensation doesn't, by itself, determine the next therapeutic step.

Why more intensity isn't always progress

What we need to recognise when embodied attention becomes difficult to sustain.

What a broader understanding of the body changes

Explore an often-overlooked area of embodied skill and why it matters for clinical practice.

“Bringing attention to the body is one thing. Knowing how to work with what happens next is another.”

Meet your host · The mind behind InCorr

Shauna Quigley

Psychotherapist. Founder of the InCorr Method. Author of the forthcoming memoir Healing at Last. PhD candidate.

For more than 15 years, Shauna has worked at the intersection of trauma, emotional experience and therapeutic change. Her clinical work has led her to challenge a familiar assumption: that helping someone understand their trauma, or regulate their nervous system, is the whole of the healing process.

Through InCorr — Interoceptive Core Reconsolidation, she has and continues to develop a transformative next iteration in how we understand and approach trauma treatment: one that brings the lived experience of the body, the organisation of emotional pain and the development of interoceptive skill into sharper clinical focus.

Her forthcoming book, Healing at Last, explores the personal journey behind this work. Alongside her doctoral ambitions and therapist education, it reflects a wider mission: to change how trauma is understood, taught and treated.

In this masterclass, Shauna brings that thinking directly into the therapy room, beginning with the three clinical challenges you already recognise.
